Notes
The publication schedule for these zines has been a bit wonky lately, with the past few taking a bit over a month to come out. I wonder if it's still fair to call it a monthly zine... but hey, at least the comics are still coming and so incredibly good!
Bolt Action Banshee by Zach Acherman starts picking up, with the stakes getting higher with each part that comes out; Tom Truszkowski leaves the sci-fi world of his long-running comic Station V3 to take us on a visit to a funky and... spooky? Art museum; Contradictions, by María Izquierdo Barri, once more showcases her talent for short, powerful storytelling, that hits beautifully and personally; and what'd you think of Frida, Gloria and Ernie's findings in this issue's installment of Everybody Loves Smiley? I'm catching up to my roughs so maybe I should plan ahead a bit further.
Thanks again for reading this zine, whether you got it for free or you chose to support independent artists and free-culture by purchasing it. We appreciate your attention, however it is that you came to us. Happy September!
